In January 2019, the Singapore $50 banknote with three stars below the word ‘Arts’ has been observed in circulation. The banknote bears the signature of MAS Chairman Tharman Shanmugaratnam. Similar to the $50 banknotes with one and two stars, the serial number of the banknote starts with the digit ‘5’.
